Our Sunday Kids Ministry serves ages 6 months-5th grade. Check-in is located downstairs!

Vision:

We partner with parents, families and the church body to lead children to become wholehearted disciples of Jesus.

Objective:

BSC Kids strives to be a clean, safe, and encouraging place for children to come and experience the love of Jesus.

Our Values and Beliefs:

We believe that God does not discriminate by age, He longs to encounter the hearts of children of all ages. We desire for children to see God as a real man who loves them deeply. More than anything, we want children to experience God’s love, be fascinated by Him, hunger for truth, be friends of Jesus, love being at church, grow with leaders and make friends.

Therefore we seek to engage in:

Bible literacy: We equip children with a heartfelt knowledge of the Bible through godly content and creative teaching methods.

Prayer: We teach principles about enjoyable prayer that assist children in developing an intimate dialogue with God and a thirst for communion with Him.

Praise and worship: We aspire to create an interactive environment where all children receive the opportunity to express their love for God and receive His love for them.

Power, signs, and wonders: We teach children that they can walk in boldness, zeal, and the power of God and participate in ministry to one another in such a way that signs and wonders can be released through them.

Hearing God’s Voice: We teach children to believe the promise given to us in Acts 2:17 that in these days His Spirit will be poured out on all flesh and that they are the ones who can receive the Holy Spirit’s ministry.

BLDR.YTH exist to see a generation live boldly for Jesus.

We hope these students will be on fire lovers of Jesus and be beacons to the lost in their schools, Colorado Springs, and wherever the Lord may lead them.
